Every collar and bandana can go back through the embroidery machine before it leaves us. One name, one phone number, six thread colours — added by hand on the same day it ships.
How personalising works
Five collar sizes and a sliding bar on every one, so a whippet neck and a bulldog neck both sit right without a bulky overlap.
Size guideCotton shrinks. We wash and dry every metre before cutting, so the bandana that fits today still fits after the muddiest week.
In the studioFour ingredients, no preservatives, four dozen biscuits a tray. Which is why the biscuit list changes with whatever the greengrocer has left.
This week's bakesFor each order that leaves the studio we send a kilogram of food to one of three rescues within twenty miles of us. Since 2021 that has come to just over four tonnes — and yes, we deliver it ourselves in the van.
